Monty is full of life and fun, and loves running around stretching his legs. In his previous home, Monty was housetrained and travelled well in the car. Although he is friendly with most people, he is very worried of men and does take a long time to feel comfortable. His owners will need to be very understanding of this and not expect him to suddenly change, it will be a long process to help Monty. He is very playful with other dogs and often gets a bit too excited and involved in chase games. He needs to live as the only dog in his new home as he will be too much for other dogs in the home. He will need some structured training around other dogs and will need to be kept on lead on his walks for the foreseeable future. He's really playful with toys - he'll have a game with any toys, and often just throws them around to amuse himself. Monty adores food and this is great to use for further training. Monty is looking for active owners who have an interest in training. He'll really enjoy going for long walks in interesting places, and is sure to be very fun for the right owners.
