RESERVED Bow down to Princess, our 1-year-old retired ex-racing greyhound who is ready to begin her new life in her forever home! Princess has shown her sweet and gentle nature in her time with us, but we have also learnt that she can be a little timid and would really benefit from having owners who are willing to show her the ropes of life. The world is rather new to her and her carers have even discovered that she doesn’t even know what toys are. She has her whole life ahead of her to learn the joys of being a well-loved part of a family, and just needs a helping hand to overcome her worries. We are looking for a home with children over ten years of age, due to her shy nature. Additionally, this sweetheart has been known to have the best zoomies and a cheeky come and catch me personality. Due to her ex racing past we would be looking for a home as an only dog or with fellow sighthounds, pending a successful introduction. Princess does have a high prey drive and would need to be kept onlead and muzzled in public spaces, so off lead opportunities utilising secure paddocks and fields is going to be really beneficial for her. This also means we are looking for a home without cats or other small animals.
