Sighthound lovers look no further than our leggy Lurcher, Monty who is 5 years old. Monty arrived with us due to his owner not being able to provide the care that Monty so needs. Monty is a sweet lad who we have enjoyed getting to know and seeing his lovely nature. Monty has been enjoying running around the field, seeing how fast he can go. He has been making some new doggy friends but we feel he would be happiest being the only pet in the home so that he can have your undivided attention. Monty can be shy at times but he also has a cheeky side too, and will often smile when you play with him. We have found that Monty has a real love for his toys and will happily play with them. Monty forgets his size at times, so much so that he is often trying to get on your lap for a cuddle, to show you just how much he loves you. Monty will make a good walking companion and at the end of the day a nice comfy sofa for him to curl up on would be ideal. We feel Monty could possibly live with children over 10 if he was happy during the meeting at our centre, as we have found him to be a gentle soul.
