About Me
Chase is a young boy of no older than 1 ½, who loves nothing more than cuddling up to humans! He has had a tough start in life but you’d never guess, as he is so trusting and loves people. Here’s what his foster parents have to say:
”Chase is currently in foster with us in Norfolk, where we’re making sure he’s well-fed to put some meat on his bones and giving him plenty of love to show him that the world isn’t so scary when you have people who care about you! He is the biggest cuddle-bug, when you pet him he leans right up against you! He is absolutely scrumptious.
He loves zooming around the garden with a squeaky toy and then climbing onto our laps on the sofa for a snooze. We’re not sure if he’s ever been walked on a lead before, so we’re working on teaching him how to walk nicely. He pulls a little bit at the moment, but we’re making progress. He also gets very excited when he sees other dogs and people, simply because he loves meeting others and wants to say hello! He is very food-motivated, which has made training so far a breeze. He is young and keen to learn. He can show signs of his youth, testing boundaries and seeing what he can get away with, so he needs patient owners who are willing to put in the time to show him right and wrong.
He definitely needs to build his confidence in the world, so he would really benefit from having another companion dog to show him the ropes or humans who are around most of the day to keep him company. Chase has some separation anxiety, likely a scar from his troubled start in life, but with gradual training, time, and companions, we are sure he will blossom into a confident boy.
The people or person who give Chase a forever home will be very lucky indeed, and the love they put into him will be reciprocated tenfold.”
Chase is housetrained, neutered, vaccinated, and ready for his forever home.
