Happy, affectionate, and playful are the three words that spring to mind when we first think about the beautiful Reya. Reya is a 2 and half year-old female greyhound who has an absolute heart of gold! We can’t wait to help her find her forever home and look forward to hearing about all the adventures she’s sure to share with her new family. This lovely lady thrives on human attention and has a bright and joyful nature that brightens up the room. She also has a bit of a cheeky playful streak and will often greet her human pals with her signature-jumpy-up-cuddle. Reya is fairly confident, but being an ex-racer will need her new family to be patient with her as she adapts to her new life and gets used to her new routine and environment. Since being in our care Reya has had opportunities to meet and greet lots of new doggies and this is something she has really enjoyed. We think she would be happy to share her home with another dog of a similar size and nature to herself, but would be best suited to a home without cats or other small animals. Reya loves to be involved in everything that is going on around her (she’s a bit nosey, but prefers the term ‘inquisitive’) so she’d suit a family who would enjoy having doggy company around them as they go about their day. We think Reya would be happy living with younger children of school age and upwards, but it’d be an added advantage if the children have spent time around dogs previously.
